King pin or Swivel nut Assembly-(#164)

Complete main pin kit. Parts included are the lower pin, upper plate, bolt, bushings, and lock-tite packet. Part used on models FLA-67, FLW-67, and FLW2-67. This part is NOT used on XD hydraulic unit.

King Pin Washer Plate -(#1193)

Parts

Forklift wrecker king pin washer plate. This part is used as the top of the king pin to capture the t-bar to the main stinger/frame.

Main frame end weldment-Ram end- Replacement part- (#1221)

Parts

Weld in replacement for end of main frame. Welding and fabrication required with this part. This will help worn out pivot point at t-bar location. Part does not include bushing. Also we recommend replacing main pin parts kit #164 this will include your bushing.

T-Bar nut keeper- (#3076)

Raw steel. This part is located on the bottom of the main T-bar. Replacement part. Holds nut for c-hook bolt along with protecting it from damage or wear.

T-bar Spring (#155)

2 piece spring, used to center the main T-bar on the Forklift Wrecker®. Order qty of 2, sold per each.

T-bar, Main cross bar or head unit- (#202)

Parts

T-bar or main cross bar, attaches to main frame and to the claws. This part does not include pins or bolts for c-hooks.

Thrust Washer- 6″-(#354)

Parts

Thrust washer used in FLW2-67 model of the forklift head, used with the kingpin. This part will work with the older model of T-bar and with our the rounded head by the center pin. Requires a quantity of 2.
